Be different, as delightfully as possible

No, my header is not a newly discovered Bible verse... I was just thinking through our call as Christians to be in yet not of the world... And what it means.



How can we be different? Here are some practical ideas:

1. Open your home - Let your place be a refuge, source of comfort or fellowship hub for others... friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives...
2. Offer to drive - With the increase in petrol price, make a difference by offering to pick your friends up
3. Prioritize your life wisely - The way you live and where you commit yourselves speaks very loudly of your beliefs, your love for Jesus and others
4. Be excellent - Do everything with passion, to glorify God... don't complain, rather help to think of constructive solutions...
5. Stock up - On good things. Buy music, books, clothes etc which you know is "pleasing" to the Lord...
